What a $1 million home looks like in Canada this week - July 6 edition
It was revealed this week that home sales in the Greater Toronto Area dropped a whopping 37 per cent in June, in part fuelled by the Ontario government’s crackdown on foreign buyers. B.C. had already implemented similar restrictions.
But despite those measures, house prices remain high in those markets. That said, a million dollars still goes pretty far if you’re looking in other regions of Canada, like the Maritime provinces.
This week, we feature residences in Toronto, Ontario, Blind Bay, British Columbia and Deer Lake, Newfoundland and Labrador.
