Wildpack Announces Successful Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 27, 2023 / Wildpack Beverage Inc. (TSXV:CANS)(OTCQB:WLDPF) ("Wildpack" or the "Company") a leading co-packer of canned goods, is pleased to announce the results of a successful special and annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders of Wildpack held on January 26, 2023.

A total of 54,944,241 common shares representing 49.48% of the outstanding common shares of the Company were voted in person or by proxy at the Meeting.

At the Meeting, all items put forth in its notice of meeting and information circular dated December 15, 2022 were approved, including the election of all nominees as directors, setting the number of Directors at eight (8), appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year, and approval of the Company's new Omnibus Incentive Plan.

At the Meeting, shareholders of Wildpack elected the individuals set out in the table below as directors of the Company to hold office until the next annual general meeting or until their earlier resignation or the appointment or election of their successor. The total votes cast by all shareholders of the Company present in person or by proxy were as follows:
