Yahoo Finance Why Jade Thirlwall hasn't met the Little Mix babies yet
Despite being a very clear candidate for the cool adopted aunt role, Jade Thirlwall has revealed she hasn't met her Little Mix bandmates' babies yet.
Last month was a manic time for celebrity births. As well as Zoe Sugg and Alfie Deyes welcoming their first child, both Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock gave birth.
Perrie Edwards announced her son, Axel, had been born, before Leigh took to Instagram to share the happy news that she'd welcomed twins a few days later.
Now, their bandmate Jade has shared the totally understandable reason why she hasn't met them yet. "There's a lot gone on, isn't there?" she said on the Capital Evening Show (via Mirror.)
"Bless them. So they needed a bit of time out but we've been messaging every day and they've been sending pictures and all that stuff and it's been really cute."
Jade then shared a hilarious anecdote about how their group chat conversation had changed. "Leigh actually sent me a picture of the babies and I was like, 'What's that on the side?' and she said 'That's s**t'. Yeah, just a really beautiful picture of them and then poo on the side. I was like, 'Oh, okay'."
Hilarious. Can't wait for the photos of when Jade and the babies do first meet!
