Why Did Mike Myers Just Flip His Brand New Apartment?

There's a new mystery in the land of celebrity real estate: Mike Myers has listed his sparkly new TriBeCa apartment. The mysterious part? He bought it one week ago.

The "Austin Powers" actor's purchase of the condo was finalized merely days ago, something the celeb property scouts at the New York Observer first sniffed out. Myers paid $14.65 million for the 4,241-square-foot space at 443 Greenwich Street, but now is asking a slightly higher $15 million.

From what we can tell from the photos, the home is undoubtedly charming. Filled with intricate light fixtures, oak floorboards, exposed wood columns and marble accents, the condo is open, airy and modern. So unless Myers and wife, Kelly Tisdale, discovered they have an aversion to, say, white oak, this looks like a speedy house flip.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and according to the listing, it has never been lived in. It comes with a private elevator, 14 arched windows (hello, sun-flooded rooms), restored original columns and beams and Calacatta marble countertops.

Just a few blocks from the Hudson River Park on Manhattan's West Side, the building has been said to be "paparazzi-proof" since residents can drive through iron gates to an underground parking lot, reports Variety.

It's not the only place Myers is trying to get off his hands, however. He is also trying to sell a SoHo penthouse for $16.95 million, according to 6sqft. If both sales go through, it's going to be a very, very good payday for the actor.

Like this modern TriBeCa condo more than Myers does? Check out more photos below.
