Wells Fargo becomes world's most valuable bank
The most valuable bank on the planet is no longer in China, but back in the United States as Wells Fargo's (WFC) market cap nears $300 billion. A simple business plan that avoids complex and risky financial instruments is at least partly responsible for the firms continued success.

Hillary Clinton: Criticism and cash
Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton has had some harsh criticism for Wall Street of late, as she has rolled out her broader economic plan. At the same time, she has been happy to accept money from donors in the financial industry. Clinton's latest haul was some $450,000 at an event hosted by a successful high-frequency trader.

Macy's expands same-day delivery
Macy's (M) has announced it is expanding its same-day delivery program - currently in eight locations across the country - to several more markets this summer. The move would seem to be aimed at Amazon (AMZN) who has invested heavily in a similar program.
