Webster Raises Prime Lending Rate to 8.25 Percent

STAMFORD, Conn., May 03, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A. and its HSA Bank division, announced today that it has raised its prime lending rate to 8.25 percent from 8.00 percent, effective May 4, 2023.
