The company reported its net income for the second quarter increased approximately 8.0 percent year-over-year and also raised the bottom end of its full year income guidance. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at $77.92 with some support at the $75.88 and $73.50 levels. Shares of CIGNA have gained approximately 45.6 percent in 2013.
