Vintage Flat Track Racing Photo Recap - Hot August Nights, Hell on Wheels
We had an absolute blast at the Hell on Wheels MC Hot August Nights at Perris Raceway. We have a handful of pieces coming from our experience, but we also have a ton of cool photos we wanted to share. So, for nothing more than just a visual recap of the race, here are some photos taken by myself and Belinda Kiser.
Feel free to share these photos, but please tag RideApart on any social media. Thanks!
This was not a celebration wheelie, he did this almost every lap. Both of his bikes were set up right! Yay torque!
This guy just finished a 22,000 mile trip across the USA. Nate from BA Moto worked with Progressive Insurance to help promote motorcycle awareness and safety.
That's an award winning build. A flathead Indian that Go Takamine built for Born Free. Total badass.
I love this bike. A rough and tough, Harley Ironhead with knobby tires.

The same rider (although we don't know his name) as the red wheeling bike in previous posts, is riding that flat head Indian. He was fast! Here he's passing our friend and writer Bryan Wood.
