Velocity Data Inc. Announces Non-Brokered Unit Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 25, 2015 / Velocity Data Inc. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $1 million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 for a period of 18 months.

The securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four month hold period from the closing date. Finder's fees in cash and/or securities will be payable with respect to the private placement.

The Company plans to use the proceeds of the private placement for working capital purposes.
