Unisync Officer Appointments

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 09, 2015) - Unisync Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UNI) is pleased to announce the appointments of David Fralick and Michael Smith as Vice Presidents of its wholly owned subsidiary, Unisync Group Limited ("Unisync Group").

David Fralick has been promoted to Vice President, Distribution and IT/IS. He has over 17 years of experience in Logistics and Distribution specializing in automation and system/productivity improvements. David has successfully managed numerous start-up projects and company expansions. Since joining Unisync Group in 2006, David has played a major role in the development, implementation and management of the Company's state-of-the-art web based B2B ordering, distribution and program management systems. David is a graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Michael Smith has been promoted to Vice President, Supply Chain. Michael joined Unisync Group in August of 2010, after spending 6 years with an international uniform supplier where he was Director of Production, overseeing all facilities within Ontario, Quebec, NY state and Connecticut. Michael has been instrumental in developing and managing Unisync Group's industry leading production partnerships and planning processes. Michael is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a dual MBA from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and the Queen's School of Business at Queen's University.
