TTM: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) _ TTM Technologies Inc. (TTMI) on Wednesday reported a third-quarter loss of $41.5 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Santa Ana, California-based company said it had a loss of 39 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 25 cents per share.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 20 cents per share.

The printed circuit board maker posted revenue of $513.6 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $492.5 million.

For the current quarter ending in December, TTM expects its per-share earnings to range from 22 cents to 28 cents.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $490 million to $530 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.

TTM shares have decreased 22% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $11.80, a fall of 8% in the last 12 months.
