Trip Advisor in Windsor for tourism workshop

Representatives with the travel website Trip Advisor are in Windsor today to help raise the digital profile of businesses that rely on dollars from tourism.

Andrew Wiens, a marketing expert with Trip Advisor, will be holding seminars on travel marketing, digital media and reputation management.

The event is being hosted by Tourism Windsor-Essex Pelee Island, the region's tourism organization.

The workshop is designed to help local businesses have online profiles that will draw people into coming to the region and get positive reviews on the Trip Advisor and other travel websites, TWEPI said in a media release.
