TransGaming Inc. Amends Its Stock Option Plan

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 25, 2015) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG) ("TransGaming" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 24, 2015, the shareholders of the Company approved the amendment of the Company's stock option plan ("the Plan") to increase the maximum number of common shares of the Company that may be subject to option under the Plan to an amount equal to a fixed 15% of the issued common shares, bringing the total number of common shares reserved for issuance under the Plan to 17,519,683. The proposal to increase the number of common shares available under the Plan is to ensure the Company can continue to provide competitive long-term incentive awards.

The Plan amendment remains subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
