The summer transfer window is now well up and running and we are starting to see clubs across Europe step up their efforts to spend some cash and refresh their respective squads.

Before they can properly get going on that front, however, Tottenham still need to find a new manager, with former Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde and ex-Wolves coach Nuno Espirito Santo the latest names to be linked with the job after Gennaro Gattuso and Paulo Fonseca were ruled out.

At Euro 2020, we’ve seen some players putting themselves in the shop window already and Swedish striker Alexander Isak certainly falls into that category, with reports suggesting Chelsea - also battling Manchester City for Erling Haaland - have now joined Arsenal and Liverpool in the race for his signature, while they have also reportedly launched a new bid for Inter Milan star Achraf Hakimi that includes Marcos Alonso.

England captain Harry Kane still dominates the transfer agenda and Manchester City have made their first official bid for the striker worth £100m, with the option for players included.

Arsenal are reportedly set to reignite their interest in long-term target Houssem Aouar of Lyon, while Kieran Tierney is set to sign a new five-year deal in a major boost to Mikel Arteta’s side.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are now said to be eyeing Italy and Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi, while Manchester United have reportedly made an improved offer to Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho worth more than £75m and Memphis Depay has finally completed his switch to Barcelona.
