Miami is certainly home to some of the most colorful and eccentric architecture and interior design, but Tommy Hilfiger's vibrant residence still manages to stand out. Decorated by AD100 designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has had a hand in the homes of celebrities from Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian to Ellen Pompeo, the Florida mansion is a showcase for some amazing art. And now the fashion designer has listed it for $27.5 million—Andy Warhol works not included. The 14,075-square-foot beachfront estate features 100 feet of water frontage, seven bedrooms, eight baths, and four half baths. Every room is more exuberant than the last. "I told Martyn, 'If it's not shagadelic or groovy, it's not coming into the house,'" Hilfiger's wife, Dee, recounted in the September 2014 issue of Architectural Digest. Outside, there's a large pool with plenty of space to entertain, and a Keith Haring sculpture—which, if you're an art lover, you might want to negotiate for permanent placement.
