Tayshia Adams walks off ‘Bachelorette: Men Tell All’ set after breaking silence about her split with Zac Clark

On Monday’s The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All special, despite plenty of yelling among many of the men and even a streaker making his way through the crowd, the real drama of the evening actually came with host Tayshia Adams, who opened up about her recent split with Zac Clark.

Adams was asked by co-host Kaitlyn Bristowe what was going on with her relationship after Bristowe pointed out that Adams was not wearing her engagement ring. Clark proposed to Adams during the season finale of Season 16 of The Bachelorette, which aired almost exactly a year ago.

“All I have to say is that I’m heartbroken,” Adams said, trying hard to keep her composure. “But we tried really hard, and I still love him very much. And I’m not sure what the future holds.”

The pair’s split was reported in late November, with Us Weekly reporting that the relationship ran its course due to their busy schedules.

Even though she had support from Bristowe, who went through her own breakup with The Bachelorette winner Shawn Booth back in 2018, Adams struggled to continue with the next segment. After bringing Rodney Mathews to the stage for a more in-depth conversation, Adams abruptly got up and walked off the stage.

“We're gonna let Tayshia have a minute,” Bristowe said, before tossing it to a video segment.

Adams would return in the next segment to continue on with what turned out to be a very eventful night.

The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All aired Monday at 9 p.m. on ABC.
