Yahoo Finance We can’t get enough of Jade Thirlwall’s Skittles manicure
We’ve pulled out our coats, Halloween is around the corner and there’s less than two months until Christmas (surely I’m not the only one who already has my beauty advent calendar ready?).
With the change of seasons comes the chance for me to dip into some deeper shades when picking my manicure colours. I know, I know, oxblood is probably the autumnal equivalent to florals during spring: groundbreaking. But it has become my go-to for autumn and winter, so I’m always looking for some nail inspo. Enter Jade Thirlwall.
The Little Mix singer posted a picture on Instagram Stories of her colourful manicure, which included each nail painted a different shade, including bright orange, a muted yellow, forest green and a pastel yellow. In fact, the colours Jade chose for her mani remind us of Skittles – maybe she was inspired by them?
The fun thing about this manicure is you get to pick an array of different colours and experiment with shades you wouldn’t usually try. And yes, oxblood red could even feature on one nail, if you really wanted. I think Jade may have just inspired me to mix it up a bit.
