LivePerson Inc. (LPSN) was a big mover last session, as the company saw its shares rise roughly 14% on the day. The move was led by market rumors which hinted at the company’s possible acquisition by the Israeli software provider, Nice Systems. This led to solid volume with far more shares changing hands than in a normal session. This reverses the recent trend for the company as the stock is now trading above the volatile price range of $8.53 to $9.81 in the last one month time frame.

The company has seen no estimate revisions over the past 7 days and the Zacks Consensus Estimate is unchanged over the same time frame. Yesterday’s price action is encouraging though, so make sure to keep a close watch on this firm in the near future.
