MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - April 2, 2015) - All of us at Stornoway Diamond Corporation (SWY.TO) wish to express our sincerest condolences to the families and loved ones of the five young members of the Cree community of Mistissini who have tragically lost their lives in a fire while hunting. Many of the five were close family members of current Stornoway employees and contractors. In the face of such a devastating loss to everyone in Mistissini and the entire Cree Nation, Stornoway will work hard at this time to provide what support and comfort we can to the team members and community members who have been affected. This loss is a blow to everyone who lives and works in the Eeyou Istchee.
