British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly is charged with rape in Australia
A British YouTuber and rapper known as Yung Filly has been charged with raping and choking a woman in a hotel room following an Australian music performance. The 29-year-old, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, appeared Thursday on several charges in a court in Perth, the west coast city where his crimes were allegedly committed on Sept. 28, a police statement said.

Authorities have urged evacuations in a neighborhood of a Tennessee city after employees at a recycling business discovered a container that apparently contains dynamite, though foul play was not suspected. The Knoxville Police Department said in a news release that it urged residents within 3,000 feet of CMC Recycling to relocate after employees discovered a steel box with suspected dynamite.

One person has been killed and 12 are trapped about 300m (1,000ft) underground at a former Colorado gold mine that is now a tourist attraction. It happened around noon on Thursday when a lift failed at Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine attraction in Cripple Creek.
