Stocks in play: VIVO Cannabis Inc.

Has obtained a final court order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approving the previously announced plan of arrangement with MediPharm Labs Corp. under the Canada Business Corporations Act. As previously announced, the Arrangement was approved at the special meeting of the shareholders of VIVO held on March 21. VIVO Cannabis Inc. shares T.VIVO are trading unchanged at $0.02.
