Today announced that the Board of Directors (Board) of TC Energy declared quarterly dividends on outstanding Series 11 and 15 Cumulative First Preferred Shares as follows: For the period up to but excluding Feb. 28, 2022, payable on Feb. 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2022: Series 11- $0.2094375 per share. Series 15 - $0.30625 per share. TC Energy Corporation shares T.TRP are trading down $0.36 at $59.29.
