Announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended January 2, 2021. Revenues of $205.6 million from continuing operations for the fourth quarter of 2020 compared to $186.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, an increase of 10.4%. Earnings attributable to common shareholders were $70.2 million or $0.78 per share in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to a loss attributable to common shareholders of $7.6 million or $0.09 per share in the fourth quarter of 2019. This includes earnings from continuing and discontinued operations. All amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars. SunOpta Inc. shares T.SOY are trading down $1.51 at $17.89.
