Has acquired 6,036,144 common shares of Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of $48,289,152, or $8.00 per share, pursuant to a private agreement with certain third parties. This further investment follows Sun Life's initial announcement of a strategic commercial partnership and $32.7 million equity investment in Dialogue. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada shares T.SLF are trading up $0.70 at $68.53.
