Announced that in preparation of completing the planned spinout of the Duncan Lake Zinc Project to the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, 4Metals Exploration Ltd, the Company has entered into a Termination Agreement and a Property Purchase Agreement. Rokmaster Resources Corp. shares V.RKR are trading unchanged at $0.08.
