Will undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,941,176 units of the Company at a price of $0.68 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $2,000,000. Each Unit comprises one common share in the capital of the Company and one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $1.00 at any time on or before five years after the closing of the private placement. Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd. shares V.RECO are trading dpwn $0.09 at $0.75.
