Released its annual audited consolidated financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2022. Record revenue of $61.4 million, a 28.9% increase from the fourth quarter of 2021, and a 4.2% increase from the third quarter of 2022. Gross margin of $12.8 million, or 20.8% of revenue, a 51.8% increase from the fourth quarter of 2021, and an increase of 14.6% from the third quarter of 2022. Net loss of $4.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to a net loss of $5.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. Nova Cannabis Inc. shares T.NOVC are trading unchanged at $0.70.
