Announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2019. The company said it recorded $4.0M of revenue for the third quarter as compared to $5.3M in the third quarter of the previous year; $1.3M in Adjusted EBITDA loss for the third quarter as compared to $686K in Adjusted EBITDA loss in the third quarter of the previous year; $1.8M of net loss for the third quarter as compared to $995K of net loss in the third quarter of the previous year and initiated a review of strategic and financial alternatives to explore options to accelerate growth and enhance shareholder value. NexJ Systems Inc. shares T.NXJ are trading up 5 cent at $0.90.
