Announced that the Company completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of units of the Company consisting of 6,000,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $300,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.07 per Share for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Offering. The proceeds derived from the Offering will be used for key professional personnel additions, regulatory and compliance costs and for general working capital purposes. Lendified Holdings Inc. shares V.LHI are trading unchanged at $0.04.
