Advised of the closing of the non-brokered private placement financing. Pursuant to the Private Placement, the Company has issued 18,000,000 units at a price of $0.056 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,008,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 until December 30, 2023. Leading Edge Materials Corp. shares V.LEM are trading unchanged at $0.09.
