Has completed its previously announced brokered private placement of subscription receipts led by Cormark Securities Inc. and including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc.. The Agents have employed the services of UB Securities Ltd, a registered investment dealer in Finland, as Overseas Placement Agent. Pursuant to the terms of an agency agreement among the Company and the Agents dated August 11, the Offering included the sale of 16,445,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of $1.05 per Subscription Receipt, for aggregate gross proceeds of $17,267,250.
