Announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Glass Lewis & Co., LLC, have both recommended that Mason shareholders vote FOR the previously announced plan of arrangement with Mason Resources Corp. under Part 9, Division 5 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) Pursuant to the Arrangement, Hudbay will acquire all the outstanding shares of the Company not already owned by Hudbay and its affiliates for $0.40 per share. Hudbay Minerals Corp. shares T.HBM are trading down $0.08 at $7.16.
