Announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the assets and assumption of certain working capital liabilities of Mid-Am Building Supply Inc. The acquisition was completed for a purchase price of $270 million U.S. and had an effective closing date of February 4. Hardwoods Distribution Inc. shares T.HDI are trading down $0.96 at $45.06.
