Updated

Announced the successful closing of its non-brokered private placement financing announced on June 12, 2018. Under the Offering, the Company has issued 3,232,500 units of the Company at a price of $0.40 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,293,000. Each Unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Share with an exercise price of $0.40 for a period of four months following the date of issuance, and an exercise price of $0.60 thereafter. All Warrants expire on August 20, 2019. E3 Metals Corp. shares V.ETMC are trading unchanged at $0.34.
