Intends to subscribe for 5,000,000 units of the Company for total consideration of $250,000.00. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one Common Share purchase warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.10 per Common Share for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the Offering. CubicFarm® Systems Corp. shares T.CUB are trading unchanged at $0.05.
