Announced today a further update on the status of the filing of its annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and the related officer certifications for the financial year ended April 30, 2017. At this time, the auditors have substantially completed their audit, and are working with the Company to review and finalize the Annual Filings. The Company expects to receive the audit report shortly. The Company is cooperating with the auditors and hopes to file the Annual Filings as soon as possible. China Keli Electric Company Ltd.
