Has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange for the listing of 32,200,000 common share purchase warrants of the Company on the TSXV as a supplemental listing. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a debenture unit offering of the Company completed on January 16. The Warrants are expected to commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "XLY.WT.A" at the open of the market on July 30. Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. shares V.XLY are trading up $0.02 at $0.82.
