Has closed a second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, bringing the total placement to 18,358,716 units at a price of $0.20 per Unit, for a total equity raise of $3,671,743. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.30 for a period of three years. While the Company has received conditional approval for the second tranche of the private placement, it remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Anfield Energy Inc. shares V.AEC are trading down $0.01 at $0.21.
