Stocks in play: Advantage Lithium Corp.

Advised that following the approval by the Supreme Court of British Columbia a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) has been completed whereby Orocobre has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Advantage that it did not already own.Under the terms of the Arrangement, Advantage shareholders have now received 0.142 shares of Orocobre for each Advantage share held. Advantage Lithium Corp. shares V.AAL are trading up $0.015 at $0.28.
