These specialty restaurants can sate your most niche cravings
When I first heard about this upcoming pickle-themed restaurant, I think I legitimately let out a squawk. Fried pickles are one of my favorite munchies, and the idea of a place that puts the pickle on the pedestal… Give me a moment.
In that same “I want to go to there” spirit, GOOD put together a list of six other restaurants that do one thing, but do it well.

And while this technically isn’t just one food, Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in Los Angeles only serves breakfast at night, which is obviously the best time to die into everything from cereal to what appears to be the best burger in the world:
