SoftwareOne committed to resolving takeover approaches in 'timely manner', CEO says

ZURICH (Reuters) - SoftwareOne is committed to resolving the takeover approaches for the Swiss company "in a timely manner" Chief Executive Brian Duffy said on Wednesday.

"In May, we established a transaction committee made up of the independent board members," Duffy told analysts after the software services provider reported its half year results.

"The board is committed to completing everything in a timely manner. When and if there is a further update to be provided, the board will be doing so," he added.
