In addition to the devices sold, the contract also includes three (3) year recurring software revenue valued at $450k. The Company expects the contract to double in size in 2018.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman of Siyata Mobile, commented, “This is a major win for Siyata which will create strong momentum for both our hardware and software offerings going into 2018. We are becoming a major force in the global Push-to-Talk Over Cellular market and believe that this is the first of many large scale opportunities for Siyata in this emerging market.”

Together with the Company’s UCP100 and UCP200 Uniden® 3G devices, the Uniden® portfolio now bears an additional two (2) 4G/LTE cellular devices.
