(TSX VENTURE: SBM.V) (SRBCF) (ZSB.F) (the "Company") announces that is has granted incentive stock options under its stock option plan to directors, officers and employees for the purchase of 2,250,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of five years.
