Can you trust refurbished products?
Best Buy stands behind its refurbished products sold at the Best Buy Outlet by offering a return and exchange promise and warranty coverage on most items. Satisfactory products may have minor cosmetic blemishes, like a scratch or scuff, but this is purely aesthetic. This means there won't be any serious dents, chips, cracks or deep scratches. However, the item might not come with its original packaging and there might be parts or accessories missing.
Fair condition items may have more significant scratches, dents or chips. Aside from these cosmetic flaws, they work like new. They won't be in the original packaging, however, and parts will likely be missing. This might be fine for a fridge where a dent would be hidden against a wall, for example, or a TV for a kid's room where a scratched bezel isn't the end of the world.
Does Best Buy sell refurbished phones?
