Seafield Resources Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 27, 2012) - Seafield Resources Ltd. ("Seafield" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFF) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 576,923 incentive stock options to David Prins, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options have been granted at an exercise price of $0.11 per share, expiring on November 7, 2017, with 50% vesting at 12 months and the other 50% vesting at 24 months. This stock option grant is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
