RENTON, Wash. (AP) — RENTON, Wash. (AP) — Radiant Logistics Inc. (RLGT) on Thursday reported net income of $4.8 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

The Renton, Washington-based company said it had profit of 10 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 14 cents per share.

The transportation and logistics services company posted revenue of $206 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $7.7 million, or 16 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $802.5 million.
