QMJHL Roundup: Mathieu Bizier scores twice, leads Olympiques over Huskies

GATINEAU, Que. — Mathieu Bizier scored twice in the first period and Evgenii Kashnikov added a goal and an assist as the Gatineau Olympiques doubled up the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 4-2 on Tuesday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Metis Roelens also struck to help Gatineau win its third game in a row.

Pier-Olivier Roy tacked on two assists for the Olympiques (11-9-2), who got 17 saves from Emerik Despatie.

William Rouleau and Alex Arsenault supplied the scoring for the Huskies (14-14-3), who are on a four-game skid.

Kevyn Brassard allowed four goals on 14 shots in 25:55 of action before giving way to Samuel Richard, who stopped all 19 shots he faced in relief.
