YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: The Los Angeles residence of veteran stage and screen actor Peter Gallagher, initially available on the down low, officially popped up on the open market at $5.995 million. Property records reveal Mister Gallagher, who trod the boards last year with Kristin Chenoweth in the short-lived Broadway revival of “On the Twentieth Century” and whose long list of boob-toob credits include “The O.C.” and, currently, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” purchased the property with his wife of 30-some years, Paula Harwood, in March 2007 for exactly $3 million.
