Oremex Silver Inc. ("Oremex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OAG)(ORAGF)(OSI.F) today announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units of the Company (the "Units"), each Unit consisting of one common share (each, a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"), at a purchase price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each Warrant will be exercisable into one Share at a price of $0.05 per Share, expiring five (5) years from the date of issue.
All securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period, in addition to such other restrictions as may apply under applicable securities laws in jurisdictions outside of Canada. The private placement is subject to the receipt of necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
