ONTF Investor Alert: Shareholder Lawsuit Filed

Boston, Massachusetts--(Newsfile Corp. - November 30, 2021) - The Thornton Law Firm alerts investors that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of investors of ON24, Inc. (NYSE: ONTF). The case alleges that the Offering Documents were false and misleading and omitted to state that, at the time of the Offering, the surge in COVID-19 customers ON24 observed in the lead up to the IPO consisted of a significant number that did not fit ON24's traditional customer profile and, as a result, were significantly less likely to renew their contracts. The lawsuit alleges that by the commencement of this action, ON24's shares have traded as low as $18.66 per share, a decline of nearly 63% from the IPO Offering Price.

Interested ON24 investors have until January 3, 2022 to retain counsel and apply to be a lead plaintiff if they are interested to do so. A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other investor class members in managing the class action. Investors do not need to be a lead plaintiff in order to be a class member. If investors choose to take no action, they can remain an absent class member. The class has not yet been certified. Until certification occurs, investors are not represented by an attorney. Thornton Law Firm is not currently representing a plaintiff who filed a complaint but is investigating the case on behalf of investors interested in being a lead plaintiff.
